We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Consumables to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
The CSR role is responsible for the coordination and processing of all incoming customer requests for orders, returns, tracking, credits and for accurately processing all promotional transactions while meeting both Customer’s requests and Clarion’s own service level expectations. This is accomplished by efficiently understanding, utilizing and maintaining Clarion’s data base and ensuring that all records, transactions and documentation are processed on-time and accurately.
